This little explanation will show you why Three Layer Icons are so special to a theme.
Through the foreground layar, every application icon is automatically adapted to the design of the theme. You can see the result in the example below...
In the left example, the gloss is behind each icon. The App Icon is simply placed over it. In the right example, the gloss is shown above each icon. As a result, each market application adapted the design of the theme
Unfortunately it is not possible or not necessary to provide all Themes with it.
